Renna Engle, Director of Outreach & Sales
Renna builds strong, service-driven relationships with long-term care facilities. With deep knowledge of Custom Care’s offerings and a focus on solving real-world problems, she helps administrators and caregivers get the support they need, fast.
Mallissa Weaver, Director of Business Development
Mallissa Weaver brings over 20 years of sales and marketing experience to her role as Director of Business Development at Custom Care Pharmacy. With a strong focus on relationship-building, she connects personal care homes, senior living communities, and individuals with dependable, personalized pharmacy solutions.
Before joining Custom Care Pharmacy, Mallissa spent 15 years in multimedia sales, working with hundreds of clients across diverse industries. She developed custom marketing strategies that helped businesses grow — earning a reputation for professionalism, creativity, and consistent results.
Today, Mallissa is often on the road visiting facilities, attending community events, and supporting partner sites with hands-on assistance. She’s known for her commitment, follow-through, and willingness to step in wherever she’s needed.
Mallissa’s ability to listen, collaborate, and lead with integrity makes her a trusted ally to both colleagues and the communities she serves. She’s passionate about expanding Custom Care Pharmacy’s reach — and helping more people experience consistent, compassionate care.
Support Team: Behind the scenes, we have an amazing support team including pharmacy technicians, delivery drivers, billing coordinators, and customer service reps. Many of our techs are specialized in longterm care workflows – they manage cycle fills, blister card fills, and eMAR data entry meticulously. Our drivers are courteous and prompt, often forming a friendly rapport with the front-line staff at facilities. And our billing and customer service folks ensure that communication is smooth and any questions (be it about an invoice or a medication alternative) are handled promptly. We’re proud that our team members tend to stick around – we have low turnover, meaning you get familiar faces who know your facility’s routines and preferences. We consider our clients and their residents as an extended part of the Custom Care family, and that spirit resonates through our team’s service.
